Popular cleric, Senior Pastor Dr. Chris Okafor, has reportedly initiated legal action against social media commentator Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, over alleged cyber harassment and defamation.
According to a statement circulating in the public domain, the lawsuit stems from what Pastor Okafor’s legal representatives describe as “cyber incitement, cyberbullying, cyber harassment, cyberstalking, criminal defamation, and malicious impersonation” allegedly perpetrated by VeryDarkMan in collaboration with a woman identified as Miss Chi.
The statement further claims that the online attacks against Pastor Okafor did not begin recently, but were initially instigated by Nollywood actress Doris Ogala and others described as her “cohorts.”
