Italian midfielder, Marco Verratti wants to join Lionel Messi out of PSG as the Argentine concludes plans to leave the French capital club.

The Italian is having doubts about his future at Parc des Princes and could consider leaving the club this summer.

Verratti joined Les Parisiens for a fee of €12 million from Pescara in July 2012, making 411 career appearances for the club.

However, the Italy international has not been at his usual best this season.

Verratti has registered just one assist in 33 appearances across competitions for the French Ligue1 champions this season.

L’Equipe reports that the midfielder is unhappy with the atmosphere surrounding the club.

The midfielder is displeased at how the club’s fans often target players despite the scope of potential errors from the management.

The 30-year-old is being monitored by clubs in Saudi Arabia but he is said to be keen on a return to Italy.
