Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted that the Saudi Pro League is much better than both the Portuguese league and the French Ligue 1.
Ronaldo spoke during a recent interview with UK TV personality Piers Morgan.
“The Saudi League is much better than Portuguese league and also better than Ligue 1 as it’s only PSG,” Ronaldo said.
Saying that I just score because it’s Saudi League… excuses. Excuses, excuses.
“Year by year, I score more. Even in bad season, I scored 25 goals.
“They can say what they want, but numbers don’t lie.”
Ronaldo moved to the Saudi league in 2023 after his contract with Manchester United was terminated in 2022.
