A video showing Edo state governor, Monday Okpebholo, struggling to say “Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (GCFR)’ has got social media users talking.
The governor was giving his speech at the opening of the Niger Delta Games when he took a moment to acknowledge President Tinubu who was represented by a government official.
Just as he mentioned President Tinubu, he struggled to pronounce his presidential title, GCFR.
