Yoruba Nation campaigner, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, reportedly arrived Germany.

He arrived at Hamburg International Airport in Germany to reunite with his family.

It was gathered that Igboho regained freedom after over two years of incarceration in the Republic of Benin.

A viral video of his arrival at the airport in Harmburg, Germany in company of a UK-based Nigerian Islamic cleric, Saheed Shittu, has since surfaced on social media.

It was also gathered Igboho has a resident permit in Germany. His wife and children are citizens of Germany.

In July 2021, Igboho was arrested alongside his wife, Ropo, in Cotonou, Benin Republic.

The embattled Yoruba Nation campaigner had fled Nigeria after the Department of State Services (DSS) raided his residence in Ibadan, Oyo state on July 1.

He reunited with family on the same day he clocks 51.

Congratulatory messages have continued to pour in from Igboho’s well-wishers and supporters.
