Michael Blackson’s former fiancée, Rada Cheang, has fired back at the comedian’s public apology after he confessed to impregnating his female friend.
Rada, who recently welcomed a baby boy, took to her Instagram page to express her disappointment. She described Blackson’s apology as “pathetic,” stressing that she would not waste her energy on negativity.
“I don’t normally respond but let’s just agree that was the most pathetic post or apology ever,” she wrote. “I’m walking in peace, guided by God’s grace. My energy belongs to my 4-month-old son, not to negativity.”
The media personality revealed that she had been told several times that her relationship with Blackson was embarrassing, but she chose to love and understand him deeply despite his flaws.
“When love runs that deep, you stop seeing the man and start seeing the boy who just wanted to be loved – and that’s what breaks you,” she added. “I didn’t just love, I understood – the pain, the innocence, the child in him.”
