Nigerian activist and influencer, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has caused a stir online after discovering something unusual inside his hotel room while staying in China.
In a viral video, VDM explained that he opened the wardrobe in his hotel room to check if there was an electric iron for pressing clothes, only to find a strange-looking adult item inside.
Shocked by what he saw, he described the situation as “fishy and scary,” questioning if such things were part of the hotel’s standard setup for guests.
To confirm, he visited his friend’s room who was lodged in the same hotel but found no such item there.
Feeling uneasy, he went straight to the hotel reception to ask questions. According to him, the staff also appeared surprised and claimed to have no idea how the object got there.
VDM, who has been in China for business engagements with Nigerian traders, hinted that the strange experience seems like a trap or setup, especially since he has been working on himself to overcome the urge to masturbate.
The incident sparked mixed reactions online. Some Nigerians found it hilarious, while others said it was “truly disturbing.”
