Arsenal would be completing their summer transfer with the signing of Jurrien Timber from Ajax in the next 48 hours.
The Netherlands international is set to arrive from Ajax for €46 million.
The Gunners have already signed Kai Havertz from Chelsea, while confirmation would soon be made for the arrival of Declan Rice from West Ham United,
Football transfer journalist, Florian Plettenberg, took to Twitter to announce that “it’s almost a DONE DEAL! Last details between the clubs are on verge to be clarified now.
“Total agreement expected in the next 48 hours. Total package: €41m transfer fee. And €5m possible bonus payments.”
Timber made 47 appearances for Ajax last season.
