Liverpool have been drawn against Galatasaray, and Tottenham Hotspur will face Atlético Madrid.
Newcastle will host Barcelona in the first leg, while the other Premier League representatives begin their ties away from home.
Key dates confirmed
The first legs are scheduled for 10 and 11 March, with the return fixtures to be played on 17 and 18 March.
This season’s final will take place at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary, on Saturday, 30 May.
