AC Milan defender, Fikayo Tomori has revealed how he prevented Victor Osimhen from wrecking havoc against his team in Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League clash.

The Rosoneri held Napoli to a 1-1 draw in the quarter-final second leg tie.

Stefano Pioli’s side knocked out Napoli after winning the contest 2-1 on aggregate.

France international Olivier Giroud gave Milan the lead late in the first half.

Osimhen equalised for the Partenopei deep into stoppage time.

Tomori regreted the Nigeria international getting a goal in the game even he relished the battle during the game.

“Obviously Victor is having a great season and I know how dangerous he is. I just tried to make sure I got my body in between him and the ball at all times as much as possible,” Tomori said after the game.

“I was disappointed he managed to score at the end. I just tried to get to him as tight as possible and try not to give him a lot of space.”
