A Nigerian lady has sparked online debate after commenting on the ongoing dispute between Nollywood actress Doris Ogala and well-known cleric Dr. Chris Okafor.
The user, identified as @blessing_jonah on X (formerly Twitter), questioned the timing and authenticity of the allegations made by Ogala, particularly in light of their past romantic involvement.
In her post, she expressed surprise that if Ogala genuinely believed the pastor possessed the negative traits she accused him of, she would have previously considered marrying him.
The now-viral tweet raised doubts about whether concerns regarding Pastor Okafor’s character existed during their relationship or only emerged after they parted ways. She suggested that any warning signs may have been overlooked while the relationship was still intact.
Highlighting the timing of the accusations, she wrote: “If Doris Ogala says Dr Chris Okafor is a murderer, juju pastor, fake miracle worker, yahoo ally, and she still wanted to marry him… Was she blind then or just angry now? Some people don’t hate evil. They only hate it when it stops benefiting them.”
