The Niger State Police Command is appealing to the public for assistance in locating the family of a young girl who was abandoned in Minna.
The spokesperson for the command, Wasiu Abiodun, who disclosed this in a statement on Monday, March 30, 2026 said the minor was abducted by unknown persons while hawking in Kebbi State.
According to the PPRO, the girl was found around Obasanjo Complex, Minna on Saturday, March 28.
“During interview, she stated that she was taken away by a yet to be identified persons from Warra, Kebbi State while she was hawking, and later abandoned in Minna,” the statement read.
“Effort to locate her relatives is ongoing, Kindly call 08032233454 for further details. Thanks pls.”
