Nollywood actor Ibrahim Suleiman has melted hearts online after sharing a touching anniversary message to his wife, actress Ihuoma Linda Ejiofor, as they celebrated seven years of marriage.
In a beautifully written note paired with a lovey-dovey video, Ibrahim reflected on how he had almost given up on relationships entirely until God surprised him.
According to him, “Just when I was SURE I was done with relationships entirely, God said ‘now you’re ready for the gift I’ve been saving up for you’, and you stood next to me and laughed at a silly thing I thought out loud. In hindsight, that was the moment I knew your weird matched my weird.”
He went on to thank Linda for standing by him during the darkest moments of his life, saying her laughter helped him find his own again.
“Thank you, Baby, for walking with me through the darkest time of my life and helping me find my laughter again just by listening to yours,” he wrote.
Looking back at their journey, he summed up their seven years together in two words: belly laughs.
He praised his wife for being a “secure, confident, soft, incredible woman” and reaffirmed his devotion to her:
“You are my priority. You are my mission. You are my goal.”
Ibrahim joked that the years have flown by, writing: “It feels like 7 months. Mad o.”
He then ended with a sweet anniversary message:
“Happy 7th Anniversary, my Love… I think we are doing juuuuuuust fine. Lol. Jer29v11.”
