Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun has joined thousands in celebrating May Edochie, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie.
Taking to his Instagram page to share a video of them, he attested that May is a wonderful human.
Celebrating her, the comedian wished her joy, peace, and every blessing in the world.
“Happy Birthday, @mayyuledochie. Wishing you joy, peace, and every blessing today and always. You are truly a wonderful human, and I celebrate you”.
On Ay’s birthday, in August, May had described him as a phenomenal achiever. She prayed that his journey would continue to be marked with excellence, wisdom, and outstanding success.
Recall that following May’s separation from Yul, rumors had filtered the air that she was in an affair with AY, who also departed from his wife, hence the reason she filed for divorce from Yul. The rumor peddler had claimed that AY was planning to marry the mother of four.
In January, Ayo Makun filed a petition to the police against him for his defamatory statements, which he claimed had hurt his over a decade reputation.
Earlier this year, AY reacted to his AI kissing photos with May. The comedian called for the perpetrators to channel their talents into projecting the nation in a good way. The father of two called for support in these hard times, citing how netizens bullied Alex Unusual for allegedly having a relationship with him.
In September, last year, Ayo had penned a note to May as she marked her birthday. He expressed gratitude to her for being a part of his movie, The Waiter, and cheered to another year of crushing goals and lifting spirits, and prayed that she be blessed.
May and Ayo struck a close friendship after the comedian and his siblings stood by her side after her separation from her husband and the loss of her son. When she turned a year older that year, AY and his family treated May to a birthday dinner.
