The law firm representing Sophia Momodu, the babymama of music star Davido, has broken silence following attacks from the singer.
In a press statement on their official Instagram page, they noted how inflammatory public statements have been made against Mrs Ebelechukwu Enedah, the lawyer representing Sophia.
The firm made it clear that the custody battle is sub judice and will be decided by the court based on evidence and law, and that no amount of media commentary will sway that process.
However, if their legal practitioners are threatened, intimidated, or subjected to harassment outside the courtroom, the foundation of justice is imperilled.
