Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has praised his partner, Davita, for her understanding, hardworking nature and ability to keep their private affairs away from the public eye.
Speaking during a recent interview, the Zanku hitmaker reflected on their eight-year relationship and explained why he appreciates Davita’s approach to love and their relationship.
During the conversation, Davita revealed that she did not need extravagant gestures from Zlatan to feel loved, explaining that her understanding of him played a significant role in their relationship.
Although she appreciates receiving flowers, gifts and other thoughtful surprises, the mother of two said she does not rely on such gestures to feel valued by her partner.
She explained that understanding Zlatan’s personality and circumstances, even during challenging periods, had helped her appreciate him and the things he does.
Zlatan, on his part, commended Davita for her diligence, noting that she had always been hardworking since they first met.
The rapper also praised her maturity, particularly her decision to keep their relationship issues private rather than take them to social media.
According to him, their disagreements had never resulted in Davita posting cryptic messages on her Instagram Stories or making their private matters a subject of public discussion.
Reflecting on the role a partner can play in a man’s life, Zlatan noted that he had witnessed how a woman could either contribute to a man’s success or negatively affect his progress, especially in the entertainment industry.
His remarks highlighted the value he places on having a supportive partner who understands his career and respects the boundaries of their relationship.
