Katsina United Chairman Surajo Umar Baba made the announcement in a statement on Friday.
Umar stated that the player has been missing since the clash against Rangers on 22 February, 2026 at Muhammadu Dikko.
Baba said that the player is still under contract with the Chanji Boys until the end of the season 2026/2027.
Katsina United warned that any clubs trying to recruit the player without permission face a lawsuit.
Collins has been one of the standout performers for Katsina United in the past two seasons.
He was Katsina United’s Player of the Season in the 2024/25 campaign.
