Self-styled ‘wahala’ musician Portable is in high spirits as he gets set to celebrate 2023 Salah in a huge way.
Ika of Africa, as he fondly calls himself, professed the year has been a great one for him as he expressed gratitude to Allah.
He shared clips of the cows and rams he bought with ‘his own money’, numbering five and two respectively.
Despite his loudness and inordinate mannerisms, the street hop has proved over time that he has a generous heart. He pledged to share portions of meat to a number of people.
He said,
“This year (o seti gan o!) This year set o! Alhamdulilah o! You no see? Five cows, two rams. Emi Ika, Ika of Africa kill five cows, two rams.
“I will give those in the mosque…I’ll give kings. I will give all those we’re supposed to give and my daddy too.”
“Na me buy am by myself o! Dem no give me o, I buy. But if una wan give me, make una send come. We also need turkey,” the Zazu singer added.
